Open Questions in Quantum Computing

D. Hilbert in 1912

In the words of Hilbert, who doesn’t want to lift the veil behind which the future lies hidden?
To glance at the next level of advances?

To experiment and have a fun discussion, let’s see what you think are the big open questions in quantum computing?

💬 Post/comment below. I have shared 9 questions below.

Why?

  • Stimulate curiosity and inspire further research and inquiry

  • Fun

How?

How do we choose these questions? The questions should in some way be:

  • Pressing / timely

  • Challenging

  • Significant – big so what

  • Have the potential to significantly advance our understanding or solve important problems

  • Have conflicting viewpoints or a degree of uncertainty that plays a major role

  • Have a scope that is broad enough and

  • Here, I will mostly focused on the intersection with fundamental questions rather than technological – such as build better machines, reduce gate errors, create interconnections, etc.
